1. Job Description
Integrated O2O Campaigns: Execute phase-based Online-to-Offline (O2O) integrated communication plans for exhibitions and trade fairs, ensuring consistent messaging and precise targeting of the audience segments.
Owned Media Management: Manage and operate all Owned Media platforms; schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize channel performance.
Community Management: Build and manage communities of exhibitors, visitors, and media partners; produce community-centric content, organize online networking activities, and drive post-event nurturing.
On-site Experience Design: Design and deploy customer experience touchpoints at the venue (on-site), including check-in spaces, interactive zones, POSM, and signage systems; ensure a seamless transition from online to offline experiences.
Multi-format Content Production: Produce creative, multi-format content for multi-channel communication; collaborate with KOLs/KOCs and press partners according to the established plans.
Paid Media Services: Consult on and implement paid communication service packages tailored for booth exhibitors.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, synthesize, and report on multi-channel communication campaign performance using KPIs, CRM data, and analytical tools; propose adjustments to optimize results.
Copywriting & Messaging: Create compelling messages and handle copywriting for communication materials, including PR articles, press releases, social media captions, email marketing, video scripts, and event content; ensure a consistent tone of voice aligned with the VEC brand.
Campaign Planning: Participate in formulating communication plans for each campaign; propose core messages, channel distribution schedules, and content allocation while coordinating implementation with relevant stakeholders.
Process administrative procedures related to contracts, advances, payments, and deliverables acceptance ( nghiệm thu ) for Communication categories in compliance with established workflows.
Execute other tasks as assigned by Line Managers / Company Leadership.
2. Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields are preferred.
3. Professional Experience
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Communications, Content Marketing, or Community Management.
Prior experience in executing digital/social media campaigns, multi-channel content management, or organizing event experiences is a strong plus.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in O2O projects, online community building, or implementing on-site activations at exhibitions, trade fairs, or shopping malls.
4. Skills
Content Creation & Storytelling: Strong skills in creative content writing, brand storytelling, and multi-format content production.
Copywriting: Proven ability in copywriting and core messaging creation.
Communication Planning: Ability to develop comprehensive communication and content plans across different campaign phases, including defining core messages, channels, posting schedules, and performance metrics (KPIs).
Video Production & QC: Experience in video scripting and storyboarding; ability to quality control (QC), guide, and review deliverables from the design team and content production vendors.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze basic communication data/metrics and propose continuous improvements.
Aesthetics: Strong aesthetic sense and high standards for the quality of communication assets.
Presentation & Layout: Competence in clear document presentation, layout design, and confident public speaking.
AI Integration: Ability to leverage AI tools in daily communication and workflow tasks.
SEO & GEO: Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and awareness/ability to apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) concepts.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, agility, and the ability to work under high pressure.
Languages: Communicative English and the ability to read professional technical documents is a plus.

6. Work Location & Hours
Work Location: Block A, Vietnam Exhibition Center, Dong Anh District, Hanoi.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday; alternate Saturdays.
