Designed by Gensler, one of the world’s leading architecture and design firms behind iconic projects such as the Shanghai Tower and Hilton Saigon, the theatre reflects a vision that seamlessly blends innovation, culture, and place.

Spanning 7 hectares, the theatre seats a total of 5,000 indoors, including a large hall with 3,500 seats for opera, international musicals, and symphony concerts; and a smaller hall with 1,500 seats suited for chamber music, plays, and local art performances.

Additionally, there are 54 multifunctional conference rooms accommodating 50-500 people and 8 premium wedding banquet rooms with capacities from 200 to 800 guests.

A standout feature is the 4.5-hectare outdoor theatre plaza that can hold up to 60,000 people, designed for large-scale music festivals, outdoor concerts, and community cultural events. This scale allows multiple events to run simultaneously, meeting diverse entertainment needs of residents and visitors.
