1. Job Description
1. Business Network Development
Proactively identify, establish relations, and negotiate partnerships with industry associations, major corporations, and strategic partners within specific sectors (Energy, Education, Healthcare, or Heavy Industries).
Directly execute sales activities, including booth/space sales, exclusive sponsorship packages, delegate tickets, and omnichannel branding/advertising solutions for events.
2. Goal Achievement & Execution for IP Show Exhibition
Take ownership of individual sales targets and develop leasing plans tailored to assigned accounts, markets, or geographical regions.
Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and gather competitor intelligence to propose effective customer acquisition strategies.
Analyze the market and competitors to propose new product/service packages that meet corporate demands.
Prepare comprehensive sales toolkits, including sale kits, company profiles, pitch decks, visuals, videos, and templates.
Source, approach, and develop corporate clients, as well as domestic and international exhibition/conference/event organizers.
Monitor, support, and ensure all client benefits and deliverables are fulfilled accurately and fully in accordance with signed contracts.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities or contract renewals based on clients' emerging needs.
Propose initiatives to enhance service value and experience for clients.
Collaborate closely with Operations and Marketing departments to execute IP Shows, ensuring seamless and successful event delivery.
3. Revenue Management & Reporting
Track contract status and payment schedules.
Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely debt collection and accounts receivable management.
Hold accountability for individual revenue KPIs and contribute to the overall targets of the IP Department.
4. Account Management & Client Relations
Address client inquiries and resolve any issues arising during service delivery.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
2. Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development; prior experience in the event or exhibition industry is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong planning, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Proficient analytical and reporting skills.
Attributes: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team; proactive, growth-oriented mindset, and quick to learn.

4. Working Location & Hours
Location: Building A, Vietnam Exhibition Center, Dong Anh District, Hanoi.
Hours: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday & alternate Saturdays.
